Sometimes the search for amazing light, location and composition can be tough. Persistence and perseverance is key to getting the shots that I am most proud of. More and more these days I am setting up shots for my clients in the evening and at night. Always worth the effort though! 🙂
Here is a very recent example of a shot taken at The Mandrin Oriental Hotel in London at Lucita and Bobby’s wedding a few weeks ago. It took me about half an hour to perfect the lighting in this shot and then I snatched a moment with the couple to finish off the image. So, for them it was just a fun moment during the evening! 🙂
I am pleased to say that I am a preferred photographer at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London now and I am looking forward to going back there to uncover more shots like this one. The service at this place is amazing and I can honestly say that Kelly Hunt, the wedding planner there, did a great job for Lucita and Bobby. Everyone was well taken care of! 🙂
